Privacy policy

Who we are

This site is RentRewards (HousingPay), an independent tracker at www.rentrewards.ai. Email hello@rentrewards.ai.

What we collect

Vercel Web Analytics records aggregate page views and referrers. It does not use cookies.

PostHog, hosted in the United States, records page views and a few site actions. It runs in cookieless mode, so it does not use cookies. It does not store IP addresses, does not record sessions, and does not capture what you type.

Smart match runs in your browser. The text you type is not sent to us and is not stored.

When the newsletter launches, we will send it through a third-party email provider. We will use your address only if you sign up, and the message will include a way to unsubscribe.

If we add an affiliate link later, the partner may be able to tell that you came from this site. There are no affiliate links on the site right now.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context advertising. We do not use cookies for ads.

Do Not Track

Browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. This site does not use advertising cookies, and it does not change what you see when that signal is on. The analytics tools described above do not follow you across other sites.

Your choices

Email hello@rentrewards.ai with the subject "Privacy request" to ask for a copy of personal information we have about you, or to ask us to delete it. This includes the access and deletion requests described by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Children

This site is for adults in the United States who are 18 or older. It is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page and post a note on What changed.
